Terms and Conditions

1. General :

The present sales conditions aim at defining the methods of sale between "new hair boutique" and the Customer or author of an order. "new hair boutique" has the right to modify these conditions and the contents of his site www.new-hair-boutique.com at all times. By placing the order the Customer accepts these conditions.

2. Order :

The user has the possibility to place his order online. The order can be placed on the site only if the user were identified beforehand. This identification is possible by the introduction of its user login code and password received after registration. "new hair boutique" is committed delivering the orders received on Internet site only within the limit with stocks available. If the products prove to be inalienable after the order, "new hair boutique" will inform the customer as fast as possible.

3. Prices :

All the prices are in euro, VAT included but excluding shipment costs. These prices include the expenses of treatment and conditioning. If the Customer is not residing in the country of shipment, the Customer is responsible for any taxes or import duties that need to be paid in the country of destination. "new hair boutique" has the right to modify the prices at any time but is committed to apply the price accorded during the order.

4. Payment :

The Customer is held to pay the amount as indicated on the purchase order and the invoice. "new hair boutique" accepts bank transfer payment, major credit cards (Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard and American Express), Netbanking payments (Dexia banks and ING Home' Pay) from certain countries or using a Gift Certificate purchased beforehand on the site. The Customer can also communicate his datas by fax. He wil print and fill out the  enclosed form and send it back when his online order is completed.

5. Safety :

All transactions are done through a secure site. For credit card and Netbanking payments "new hair boutique" collaborates with the company Ogone e-commerce (www.ogone.com). The Customer will be redirected towards SSL 128 bits secured site of this company for all the payment transaction. In no case confidential data or credit cards numbers will forward through "new hair boutique" site. Payments with Visa and Mastercard use the international 3D-Secure protocols Verified By Visa and SPA-UCAF.

6. Delivery :

The ordered items are sent to the address that the Customer will have indicated during the order. The Customer is responsible for costs applicable to the order which are communicated at the time of the order procedure.

The average delivery period is 72 hours.
The maximum delivery period is 14 days. Once this term has expired, the customer will be informed by e-mail and has the right to cancel his order without expenses. The customer will in no case be able to claim a compensations or indemnities to "new hair boutique" for late deliveries.

7. Return policy :

In accordance with the statutory laws, the customer can return without expenses the products ordered for exchange or refunding within the 14 days as from the following day of the reception of the order. At the end of this 14 days deadline, the products delivered are considered in conformity with the order and will be accepted by the Customer. Any Customer wishing to return a product must as a preliminary send a restitution request by e-mail or via the contact form present on the site, specifying the product references (mark and reference number), and this in order to obtain a return authorization number.

Refund will be carried out as of reception of the product.
The products will have to be returned by registered parcel to following address: Grejethy sprl, 149 Val des Seigneurs, 1150 Brussels, Belgium.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction :

The products presented on our site are in conformity with the Belgian law. "new hair boutique" can not be engaged in the event of non-respect of the legislation in the country where the products are delivered. The present conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law.
Only the courts of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
