How do I choose my colour ?

The choice of your wigs colour can appear tiresome. The simplest method is to choose a colour on the colour chart linked on each product cards. Do not try to find your original colour at all costs. Do not forget that your wig will entirely recover your current hair. Why would you not take the opportunity to choose the colour you always dreamed...

If you are looking for a colour of which you know the reference in another brand or another product, contact us and we will select the closest colour match for your wig.

An easy solution : send us a hair sample by mail. Our specialists will define the closest colour match without any cost.

How to define the size of my wig ?
 
All the wigs proposed on our site are adjustable manually. Therefore, more than 90% of our customers correspond to an "Average" size and most wigs are made in that size. However, we also propose wigs in "Petite" and "Large" size.

In order to determine your size, measure with a tape measure the circumference of your head from the basis of the nape of the neck to your front hairline, laying out the tape behind your ears.

 
In which countries do you deliver your products ?

We deliver our products in all European countries. The delivery periods can vary according to the countries and areas as well according to the carrier selected.
                                                                 

What method of payment do you accept ? 

We accept bank transfer payment, all major credit cards (Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard).

Is it sure to order via your site ? 

All transaction are done through our secure site. For credit card and Netbanking payments we collaborate with the company Ogone (www.ogone.com) . You will be redirected towards SSL 128 bits secured site of this company for all the transaction of payment. In no case confidential data or credit cards numbers will forward through our site. Payments with Visa and Mastercard use the international 3D-Secure protocols Verified By Visa and SPA-UCAF.  
   
National Health and insurances reimbursement. 

In many countries, wigs purchased in conjunction with medical treatments will profit from a reimbursement from the National Health or/and insurances. The amounts vary according to the countries and medical reasons.
 In order to be able to profit from these refunds, a purchase invoice in order must be submitted to the payment organization. This document can be required at the time of your order and will be sent as of reception of your payment. NOte that it is important that women communicate their maiden name in order to emit an admissible invoice.  
   
What is your return policy ? 

We offer the possibility to return an item within the 14 days as from the following day of the delivery. In this case, before returning us the product, you must  contact us specifying the item references (brand, reference number). A return authorization number will be send for your product. Refund (without delivery costs) will be carried out as of reception of the product.

How can I follow the state of my order ?

 How to prepare and to put on my wig ?

Unpack and shake gently your wig in order to separate the fibers. Brush your own hair back away from your face. For longer hair, pin it up so it is away from the front, sides and nape of your head. Hold your wig on each side and slide it from front to back. Adjust in order to make coincide the front edge of your wig with your own hairline. Use the ear tabs on the left and the right sides to center your wig. All the wigs are provided with an adjustment system. You can use the rubber bands, hooks or Velcro tabs at the back of the wig for adjust for more comfort. Use a wig brush, a styling comb, or simply your fingers, to try different looks and styles. If you have a round or square shaped face, try to add height at the top while keeping the sides closer to your head. If you have a longer face, try to minimize height at the top and fluff up the sides.

How to store my wig ?

The best way to store its wig is to place it on a wig stand in a clean, cool and dry place.
  How to clean my wig ? 

It is imperative to use a shampoo and conditioner specially formulated to clean wigs. 

a. In a sink or basin, pour and mix a cupful of shampoo in tepid water. Immerse your wig and let soak it for a few minutes. Agitate gently and rinse in cool water until all shampoo is removed.

b. In a new sink or basin of clear tepid water, add a small quantity of wig conditioner and let soak your wig approximately 5 minutes. Remove hairpiece. Do NOT rinse out conditioner. Blot dry in a towel and then gently shake.

c. Let air dry your wig on its wig stand. Do NOT brush or style your hairpiece until it is completely dry.
 

Can I use styling products on my hairpiece ? 

All water soluble products can be used. We however advise you to use products specially formulated for wigs.
  
Which styling tools can I use ? 

Wigs brushes enable you to easily give a hairstyle to your wig. Do NOT brush or comb curly hair, use your fingers to style and fluff up it. Do NOT use a hair dryer, curling iron or any type of heated styling tools on synthetic hair.

 What are the important care tips ?

Keep away from all sources of heat or open flame. Do NOT use a hair dryer, curling iron or any type of heated styling tools on synthetic hair. Never brush or style your hairpiece until it is completely dry. Never store your wig in a box or bag for a long period. Use a wig stand.

 I do not find the wig model I am looking for.
